About the name

The "Get" in the name is editorial framing, not a service. This site does not get, source, supply, or help anyone obtain PT-141 — for the approved drug, that runs through a licensed prescriber, and for research-grade material, it sits in an unregulated market we do not participate in. The name signals the position this publisher occupies relative to the literature: a place to get the record straight, not a place to get the compound.

We take no view on whether anyone should use PT-141. We summarize what the studies measured, what the label says, and where credible critics disagree — and we attribute every quantitative claim to a source.

How we handle the evidence
